WORKSHOP: BASICS OF POLE DANCING IN HEELS

Join the party and spend a perfect Friday evening in your favorite shoes! During the workshop we will go over the most basic moves, such as body rolls, head rolls, legs ways and of course your attitude. We will dance an easy routine, with room for freestyle if it feels right. The workshop can be danced with or without shoes, but with socks.
Marie is know for her showgirl energy and for bringing all the sexy, flexy moves! She has been pole dancing since 2012 and has been teaching pole for over a decade. Marie has competed and performed all over the world, hosted and judged competitions internationally and worked in clubs.
Time and date: 24/10 at 18-19.30
Location: The CaliFactory Studio, Lundavägen 56 Malmö.
Recommended prerequisites: Participants should have attended at least one pole/heels course at The CaliFactory or another studio.
Cost: 299 kr. Note that no refunds are made.
